Sale of land with right of repurchase
As in any business, the sector of agriculture also encounters temporary difficult times and shortage of funds for payment of daily invoices.
At the same time each agricultural company has invested a part of the financial means to the arable land. In this case it would be possible to sell the land and get the money into turnover and remain the lessee of the arable land for that time.
We will make a price offer for your arable land and calculate its repurchase prices. The term of the contract is up to five years, the contract can be terminated each year within the given period.
We will enter the pre-notation to the land register to ensure the transfer of the ownership.
The price for each offer is established individually, depending on the quality of the field, size of offer, location, access etc. To receive the primary offer, the cadastral register number of the property should be forwarded to Põlluvara.

We help the farmer to purchase the land at his use
It often happens that the land owner wishes to sell his property fast on where the farmer grows his cultures. These are in rotation and the long-term production obligation has been assumed for the field before PRIA. But it could also be the case that the farmer has shortage of funds at the moment and the bank is of no help.
We help to purchase the arable land needed for production and lease it to you. We conclude a notarized purchase-sale contract and enable the partner to acquire the land further on from us with the agreed price. We enter the pre-notation to the land register to ensure the acquisition.
We conclude a contract for up to five years, the partner can each year terminate the contract within the given period and acquire the property.
